Welcome Wire One!

I know the first rule of "blogging" is to be consistent with your postings so first, let me apologize that it's been too long.  I have been involved in some much needed restructuring here at IAL that allows us to increase our efficiencies as we continue to build our customer base.  Throughout this three month process I was constantly reminded of a statement that Jim Collins mentions in his book "Good to Great" (paraphrased), "It's not important how many people you have on the bus but having the right people on the bus."  Remembering such a distinction has helped position IAL Services for greater growth in the future and has increased our business process efficiencies by as much as one third.  Now...back to business.

As we continue to dominate as the leader in multilingual web and audio conferencing support, I am excited to announce that we have added Wire One Communications to our list of elite companies that provide video, web and audio conferencing.  Wire One turned to us to find an effective language solution for one of their major clients in the UK who utilize their suite of conferencing services.  If you aren't familiar with Wire One I would suggest taking a moment to review their capabilities and product offering.  This is an efficient, professional organization that clearly understands the global market.

Wire One currently has over 10,000 customers, conducts over 60,000 video conferences annually, maintains a customer satisfaction rate of 95% or greater and has network operations centers based here in Denver as well as London as well as 37 field offices throughout the world.  The even made an impressive showing in the most recent survey conducted by Wainhouse Research.  Needless to say, we're thrilled to be working with such a dynamic and innovative company.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to a couple of IAL team members, Cecilia and Lucia, for the hard work they invested in getting this project off the ground quickly and efficiently.  There's no doubt that our restructuring efforts have made projects like this a true success.  Grazie!
